Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your ZUKKA purchase. Please carefully review the following guidelines regarding returns and eligibility.


ZUKKA RETURNS Eligibility:

Unshipped Items Return Policy:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to returns of unshipped items that are not due to a valid issue, made within 30 days of the original order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact ZUKKA customer support.

Shipped Items Return Policy:

  • If there are quality or other issues with your bike, you may request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after receiving the item.
  • The reshipment fee will be covered by ZUKKA if the return is due to quality issues.
  • Eligible Returns: The bike must be unused; free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
  • If a bike has been assembled, it is not eligible for return.

Customer's Responsibility for Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost for any return.

Purchased, but not shipped:

  • Subject to a 10% administration fee (for pre-orders as well as in-stock items)
  • Please notify us as early as possible usaseller@zukkacycle.com

Accessory/Replacement Part Returns:

  • Returns for accessories or replacement parts must be made within 7 days after receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees both ways.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Batteries
  • Special orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Gifted orders
  • Open-box sales

Before You Return:

  • Please obtain written approval from ZUKKA's Customer Experience team before sending any returns.
  • If a return is sent without prior approval, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the item, or the item may be forfeited.
  • Once you have shipped your return, please notify us and provide a tracking number to ensure the return is processed correctly.

Return (If Applicable):

  • Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If the item has no manufacturing defects, the following fees will be applied:
    • Wear and tear on the bike
    • Shipping fees (both ways)
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Return (If Applicable):

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
  • If the refund still hasn’t appeared after following these steps, please contact us at usaseller@zukkacycle.com for further assistance.


    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
