Shipping Terms
In-stock orders from ZUKKA will typically ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address attached to your order once your bike has shipped. Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days if your purchase is flagged for potential fraudulent activity. If this happens, you will receive an email from ZUKKA asking you to confirm your order to expedite the review process.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipment, including address adjustments or shipping preferences. If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out as soon as possible so we can assist you before your order is processed. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be altered or canceled.
ZUKKA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are with the shipping provider. If you wish to insure your purchase, we offer third-party shipping insurance options at checkout. For any issues regarding damage during shipping or lost packages, you will need to contact the third-party insurance provider directly. ZUKKA ships via major couriers such as FedEx and UPS. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on the destination.
Return Shipping
If there are any quality issues or defects with the product, you may request a refund or reshipment within 7 days of receiving the item. If the item is eligible for reshipment, the shipping fees for the replacement will be covered by ZUKKA.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact ZUKKA customer support with your order details. For quality-related returns or exchanges, we may request photos or documentation of the issue to help resolve the matter swiftly.
Please note: Returns for reasons unrelated to quality issues (such as change of mind) are not eligible for free returns and will be subject to shipping fees, as well as the restocking fee outlined above.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note, ZUKKA only ships within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping. Additionally, third-party shipping and self-shipping of any ZUKKA products, including bikes and batteries, is prohibited due to specific certifications required for shipping our batteries.
For residents of Hawaii, please note that palletized freight orders will be subject to additional fees, and orders containing only accessories or parts will still incur standard shipping fees.
